Here’s a beautiful Saracione Deluxe II Trout reel in 2 3/4″ diameter.
7/8″ spool width. Weighs 4 5/8oz. Right Hand Wind (RHW).
These amazing reels feature hard rubber side plates and nickel framing, unlike the Deluxe I reels that have delrin side plates.
Other than a couple of barely noticeable marks on the face of the side plates, this reel is in mint condition.
Comes with the original hard leather Saracione marked case that was made by Arne Mason.
New models of this reel no longer come with these leather cases.
Here’s a little info on the reel from Saricione: Model 2 3/4”: Spool width: 7/8”. Weight: 5.25 ounces. Fly line: 4, 5wt. Capacity: 60yds 20# micron WF4F. Application: Designed for 7-7 1/2ft bamboo rods in the 4-5wt class.
