Description
Vintage 1941 Thomas 12′ 3/2 Two-Handed Salmon rod. Rod is all full length and straight. Weighs 15 1/2 oz.
WWII era rod has original brass screw lock for locking seat. Aluminum was being rationed for the war effort.
Agate stripping guide. Brown silk wraps tipped with Jasper.
Original condition with the exception of one re-wrapped guide.
Rod also has a small area on lower grip that had a mouse chew the cork.
Comes with original tan canvas bag which has a few holes chewed in it. Also includes the original tip tube with tip bag.
